This hands-on workshop looks at ways to address Mental Load – that constant cycle of thoughts, reminders and worries in your brain that doesn’t ever seem to stop as mum, causing daily stress and overwhelm.
You’ll get provided with easy-to-do strategies designed for busy mums to:
- Cope with mental load and stress
- Build emotional resilience
- Live more mindfully for greater patience and clarity
❓ What do I need to bring?
Nothing! All materials (and a free coffee!) will be provided.
❓ Can I pay on the day?
All tickets must be booked prior to the event, as places are limited.
❓ Can I bring my kids along?
Yes! There is a play area onsite.
Child-minding with a diploma-qualified childcare worker is also available for a limited number of children. This is at an additional cost of $20, paid in cash on the day. Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
Because anything shared by other participants in the room cannot be controlled, only children under the age of 18 months are permitted to stay in the room with you.
